Il produttore si riserva di modificare le caratteristiche degli apparecchi per garantirne il miglioramento o l’evoluzione e per adattarli alle peculiarità del Paese di destinazione.
Conseguentemente, le specifiche tecniche dei singoli apparecchi possono differire da quelle dichiarate per il modello, che vanno considerate come indicative.
In ottemperanza alle leggi italiane vigenti riguardo la facoltà di recesso, la tempistica è fissata in giorni quattordici/14 dalla ricezione dell’articolo.
Sempre in ottemperanza alle suddetti leggi, se l’articolo risultasse manomesso, aperto o impropriamente usato, la garanzia legale decadrebbe e ogni intervento sarebbe da preventivare e regolarmente fatturato.
Si tiene a precisare sempre secondo le normative vigenti che il diritto di recesso/ripensamento NON puo’ essere applicato per gli acquisti/vendite/cessioni tra aziende e/o professionisti.
Il diritto di recesso/ripensamento NON è applicabile anche nel caso in cui l’oggetto ordinato presenta delle personalizzazioni/finiture su richiesta del cliente, come ad esempio la scelta di un legno e/o una variazione tecnica.

Ordini e pagamenti
Normalmente sia per clienti finali che per aziende gli ordini devono essere pagati anticipatamente a data fattura e/o ricevuta fiscale. Per ordini superiori a 5.000 EURO per agevolare clienti finali e aziende si richiede una caparra del 50% anticipata e ad apparecchi pronti prima della spedizione si richiede il saldo completo della fattura e/o ricevuta fiscale. In caso di inadempienza da parte del cliente finale e/o azienda che non voglia pagare, per qualunque motivo, il rimanente importo/saldo della fattura e/o ricevuta fiscale, la caparra pagata NON sarà restituita, ma da noi trattenuta interamente a titolo di parziale risarcimento e gli apparecchi ordinati NON verranno consegnati ma trattenuti da noi stessi.
Orders and payments
Normally, both for end customers and for companies, orders must be paid in advance on invoice/receipt date . For orders over € 5,000 to facilitate end customers and companies, a 50% advance deposit is required and ready-to-ship equipment requires the full balance of the invoice and / or receipt. (e) Falsificare intestazioni, creare una falsa identità o manipolare in altro modo gli identificatori al fine di ingannare altri o mascherare l'origine di qualsiasi Contenuto dell'Utente trasmesso al sito o tramite esso;
(f) Utilizzare il sito per minacciare, diffamare, abusare, aggredire, perseguitare, molestare o altrimenti violare i diritti di qualsiasi altra persona o entità, inclusi, a titolo esemplificativo ma non esaustivo, i diritti alla privacy o alla pubblicità;

12. Arbitrato
Qualsiasi controversia o reclamo derivante da o relativo all'utilizzo del sito da parte dell'utente, o relativo ai presenti Termini di Utilizzo o all'Informativa sulla Privacy, o ai servizi forniti da Tektron sarà risolta mediante arbitrato vincolante in conformità con le norme e le leggi sull'arbitrato commerciale dello Stato italiano. Qualsiasi controversia o reclamo sarà sottoposto ad arbitrato su base individuale e non sarà riunito in alcun arbitrato con reclami o controversie di qualsiasi altra parte. L'arbitrato si svolgerà a Catania CT, Italia, e la sentenza sull'arbitrato o sul lodo potrà essere pronunciata presso qualsiasi tribunale avente giurisdizione. Fermo restando quanto previsto dalle precedenti frasi della presente Sezione, Tektron potrà richiedere un provvedimento ingiuntivo o altro provvedimento equitativo presso qualsiasi tribunale nazionale o statale avente giurisdizione in caso di violazione da parte dell'utente dei presenti Termini di Utilizzo e/o di violazione da parte dell'utente dei diritti di proprietà intellettuale di Tektron o dei diritti di proprietà intellettuale di qualsiasi altra persona o parte.
13. Modifiche ai presenti Termini di Utilizzo
Tektron si riserva il diritto, a sua esclusiva discrezione, di modificare, aggiungere o rimuovere parti dei presenti Termini di Utilizzo in qualsiasi momento; pertanto, si prega di controllare periodicamente questo sito o qualsiasi altro sito web Tektron utilizzato per eventuali modifiche.
